5 days until my birthday, that's what. Oh yeah, and apparently there's some sort of election going on in a developing democracy. So get out there and vote.
Oh, and about my birthday... I'll be 28. I've been playing around with the idea of linking to my Amazon wish list for quite a while, but I keep deciding against it. Don't know why, other than not wanting to look like a greedy SOB. Still, now I've mentioned it.

I'm afraid you're birthday present is going to be late... big surprise, right? :) It crept up on me this year... it was Halloween, I changed my calendar to Novemeber, and oh, crap, Jason's birthday is next week. I need to start thinking about what to get you... gets harder every year... the number of cool and unusual things I know you don't have dwindles. Although I might bug Gena to check if you already have something....hmmm, this could be nice, having someone I can ask about what to get you, so it's still a surprise. Wheee!
Oh crap... you have someone to conspire with. I am so doomed. ;) So far you have a great record in terms of really cool presents (mine look quite bleh in comparison). I just finished "A Short History of Nearly Everything" about 2 weeks ago. I liked it. :)
