Ok, I was really wrong.

Remember how I was ready to give Bush some credit for trying to reach out, and maybe even moderate his message?

Well, I was wrong. You know how dictators of rogue countries love to parade around in paramilitary garb? Time to count our great leader in.

I mean, the President is supposed to be a civilian, and should dress like one. The Constitution is there for a reason, and I don't want to see someone wrap himself in the flag or in the cloak of the military as a means of making his "leadership" unassailable. I grew up in a military family, I have the utmost respect for those that rear the uniform if they actually are serving or served honorably. I have respect for presidents who served in the past, but I never recall Eisenhower of even G. H. W. Bush wearing a uniform in public while sitting as president. Why? Because it's just not done.

shrug. Yet another letter to write that will be ignored.

HOLY HANNAH! That is obscene.
Although, the jacket IS one step away from:
"George W. Bush
Customer Service Representative"

So, at least there's that for a laugh.
