It really makes it a lot easier to pull off a site redesign when there are so many people willing to share their talents. Rather than mucking around any further with my own half-assed attempt at javascript I found
this great script to do the conversion for me (at least until I can put something together on my end). The template owes a lot to
this site of free blogger templates. I'm still likely to continue to poke and tweak until I'm completely satisfied, but this is a big improvement.

Thanks for posting the site with templates... I made some changes to my knitting blog (http://zardra.blogspot.com) with one of them.
Just an observation... the RSS feed link on Gena's blog doesn't work. :(
ooooooo, bit posh. i want to do it too, dad! me me me me me me!
ugh....I know what I'm doing tonight...
I know, I know, I had to go and get everybody else jealous of my web design skills. Except I don't have any and just rely on the good will of others to make me look good.
Hey Gabe, I'm in PA this weekend. Are you going to be around?
i will not. I have to stay in NYC for a hobnobbing opportunity with producers/directors and such. you know, pretend I have a career? what a hollow lie I lead.
Good design!
